Business

Become a ZGreen Business

The ZGreen Business program helps your business identify and implement green practices and strategies. It also provides your business and your clients with a green certification that truly means something. In today's market, where "green" is a hot trend and "green washing" is all too common, ZGreen certification provides businesses and their customers with a trustworthy and verifiable guarantee of environmental stewardship.

Get Started!

  1. Fill out the checklist. Businesses need at least 50 points to become certified (55 for hotels).
  2. Complete the Business Energy Tracker (Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet).
  3. City Staff will contact you to schedule a site visit.
  4. Recertification is required every two years.
