Paperless / eBill Currently Unavailable to Utility Customers
At this time, the City of Aspen is unable to accept new eBill Customers.
The City of Aspen was recently notified our bill printing and online statement/eBill provider will no longer support us. We are currently working with a new provider and they will be in place for the April 2017 bill cycle. As of May 1, customers interested in setting up the eBill / paperless billing option will be able to do it. Thank you for your patience.
