Transportation Impact Analysis Requirements
The City recently updated the system of mitigating transportation impacts from development. The Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) Guidelines outline what developments are subject to this mitigation system. An applicant then uses the interactive Transportation Demand Management (TDM) and Multi-Modal Level of Service (MMLOS) tool to determine the exact mitigation measures. For questions about this code amendment please contact our Long Range Planner, Jessica Garrow.
